About me:

My primary research interest is identification and characterization of the immunometabolic pathways driving tuberculous granuloma formation and tuberculosis pathogenesis, using immuno-phenotyping, metabolomics, and single-cell RNA sequencing. Outside the lab, you can find me hiking, rock climbing, backpacking or planning my next trip!

About Me:

Anthony is an MPH intern interested in immunology and clinical research/epidemiology. He earned his bachelor's degree in industrial chemistry from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, Nigeria, and also a bachelor's degree in medicine and a bachelor's degree in surgery from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria. Currently, he is an MPH graduate student with a research focus on using metabolites to diagnose Mycobacterium tuberculosis, immune system response, and host-directed therapies for public health advantage.
